About Me
I fell in love with therapy as a client. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship, and the importance of having a space to reflect, explore, and try out new ways of being in relationship (with oneself, others, and the earth).
I am a white, cisgender, neurodivergent woman living with autoimmune diseases, including type 1 diabetes. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in school-based healthcare advocacy, feminist media, and with survivors of intimate partner violence. I bring my identities and experiences with me into the therapy room, along with a deep commitment to unlearning, challenging, and healing from systems of supremacy.
When I’m not doing this work, I love craft projects, swimming in lakes, collaging, and taking long walks with my dog.
Credentials
I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State (LW70004737). I received my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Washington in 2023.
